Hmm. There's some where they do seem unusually dilated, but overall I'm not convinced it's a real effect and not just lighting conditions. Antidepressants aren't prescribed nearly as freely in the UK as they are in the US, although it's rather likely that Cracky would be on private healthcare instead of using our glorious socialist NHS.
