This isn't even stalking. For one we have no idea where she actually lives. It's been well over a year and she could have moved. If she hasn't moved by now she would move after all of the flooding in Oxford (How the hell do we even know she lives here? Was it the IP address that was posted on 420chan that was registered with an ISP in Oxford? Even with the pictures of her in Oxford it doesn't mean she lives there). And for Christ's sake, we don't even know her first name.
