Krav maga is awsome. Some argue that Bruce Lee used the same principles/stole them from Krav maga and incorporated more striking in his philosophy. I see it as great men coming to realize the absolute truth to an excelent combat thinking.

Krav Maga does'nt use much close range snapping punches do they? 1 inch punches are unrealistic in combat...unless you can get the person dead on in soft spots. I've seen alot of throat grab/crush technique from Krav maga in place of 1 inch punches.

Also...Bruce liked to use the foot sweep of Savate alot. Krav maga does'nt use sweeps as much as hook kicks. Same concepts, different way of getting there...yet they both speak of the same fluidity in combat.
