I spotted her on Narutofan.com forums. She (if it is indeed her) posts as Halibel. Many people there call her by the name Lianne, which was found out to be her real name ages ago. On top of that, she has a picture of herself in her profile. In some posts, she has linked to a photobucket account which contains a few Cracky photos. Her signature on the forums contains some interests, and many animes which Cracky is a fan of, this possible Cracky is also a fan of.

Unless it's somebody posing as Cracky (albeit not directly), I'd assume it's her.
