Depends on the way her social life works. In most cities, it's easy to find certain social groups of teens, if she's in the habit of spending time with friends in these kinds of places, then she could be very accessible.

You'll notice how there's some people you will always see around in the same kinds of places, and some you will only ever catch a glimpse of once or twice in different places.

I don't really know my way around Oxford well enough to know of any likely places from which to stalk cracky (and wouldn't share/utilise them if I did to be quite honest).

Obviously the best stalker image would come from a combined internet and physical presence (making sure to keep everything as lightly coincidental as possible).
