Lia's photographs brought out emotions in me that I though had long since passed on, or at least gone entirely dormant. The same old familiar childish infatuation & fascination, the silly adolescent "Knight-In-Shining-Armour" daydreams (will YOU be the one to save her from life's perils? LOL). Now, of course, being older and at least slightly wiser, I recognize this for the folly it is.

I thank her, however, for giving me a swift kick in the arse. Also for reminding me that I need to work as hard as I can to better myself as a person, so if someone does come along, I can be worthy of her. :)
