I think it's fair to say we all came to appreciate Cracky pics for the quality of the pics themselves, and the almost palpable quality of the charisma being put forward by the subject.

In that sense (and a physical one as well) Loli Chan has matured tremendously, and that one pic is rather good. Clearly inspired and obviously schooled by the original (through observation, at least) I'd say.

Of course, if you never noticed the artistic properties of the Cracky phenomena, and only focused on the construct in your head it inspired, only to come to be obsessively in love with what you think the subject of the pic truly is (the construct itself), any other person will revulse you.

I bet the Mona-Lisa drove some men wild, back in the days, and I bet some men pursued her for what they thought they saw in that picture...

You wont get much argument from me on whether Cracky should be on the first page or not, she should, but just because you obsess on her doesnt mean she is the only person on earth with talent.

I dont care what you think Loli-Chan looks like, the fact is those pictures, particularly the one in the OP, were made by someone with photographic talent, which was clearly inpired by Cracky's own photographic efforts, whether you like those pics or not.

If you cant appreciate this, I wonder what you saw in Lia's photography in the first place and what you mean by talent, which you make sound like it means merely existing and sitting in front of a camera looking pretty.

The Isopod... just sits there looking pretty. He is talented.

I feel that for Cracky this was very much about looking pretty and dressing up. Her photos were probably only an extension of what she usually celebrated in front of the mirror (herself). There seems to be very little progress in craftsmanship throughout the canon of her work; always the same basic photoshop techniques and cheap tricks to improve the quality of her pictures (scale down, add noise, smear tool). Loli seems to genuinely care about photography itself. She made a lot of progress from earlier photos, seems to be very considerate in choice of scenery and so on.

Cracky wasn't serious about it. She didn't intend to make people so drawn to her. She was playing her little girl games and it happened by accident.

Loli, on the other hand, tries this whole DEEP, ARTSY girl thing and it's boring and repulsive to me.
