Her grandmother, not sure if it's her maternal or paternal, but I lean towards it being Miriam Louise Rothschild. She is more well traveled then Olivia's Maternal grandmother, and I like to think she picked up during her travels thinking of how lovely it would look on Olivia(which it does).
