No, she looks like Scully's sister on the X Files.

There was that episode (a few in a row actually) where scully was in the hospital unconscious and they were going to pull the plug because that's what it said in her living will and Mulder didn't want to let them but Scully's mom and sister (who was randomly some mystic/spiritual person) were about to pull the plug and then in the climax she came to. Meanwhile while Mulder was at the hospital the guys from the conspiracy trashed his house even though Deep Throat told him to stay home in hiding so he could kill them.

I think it was at the end of season 3 or 4. I know it was a season finale.

Anyways yeah that chick looks like her.
