The whole entire movie I was thinking about how butt ugly Alice was and how much better Cracky would have played the part if she were an actress. She was a fan of Alice in wonderland, after all.

I wonder if she saw it, and approved.
Maybe sat in the movie theatre.. with a smile..
and 3D glasses on.. looking god damn adorable.

Tim Burton's Alice was horrible. Turning the very weird & insane & deeply philosophical story of Alice into a quite standard Good reign vs Evil reign fantasy was high treason against Carroll.

Also I don't get why they always choose to come back to the boring "normal world" in those sort of stories. Well in this case I guess its because the fantasy world was fucking dull.

For a modern Alice I like quite much better my Terry Gilliam's Tideland.
