as I said I KNOW girls that are NATURALLY that skinny (as the girl in the black bikini.)
and ARE healthy. That's just there body, not forced in any way. One of the girls is 20, only 81 lbs. (though she's also only 4'9") ALL genetics. So don't assume Anorexia when you see a skinny chick, please.
