Er... might not be a good idea to conceive this as destruction. In this business you call things upon your experience of reality, which is the territory you can access. Therefore if you send forth destruction you will bring destruction to your life experience.
However if you send them catharsis, risking on suffering it yourself as well might be a good idea if you're willing for the trip.
On specific "spells", none will be better than "do it yourself". Learn "sigil magic" (there is a nice tutorial by Grant Morrison called "Pop Magic!" and its not such a big effort), encode what you want and launch it. If done properly it will soon arrive to a reality near you.
