On the other hand, EVEN IF the insistence on concentration on one central topic is maybe an advisable policy where there are so many idiots wandering in and out, it's perhaps best effected by subtler and more inherently valid means than just pig-headedly bumping threads to the top of the board with posts that add absolutely nothing to said threads' content and are, what's more, composed in a juvenile travesty of English grammar that should have been beaten out of you in the eighth grade. (The proper construction is: "NOT even the stars CAN outshine Cracky". The Grammar-Nazi-ism is justified, I think, on a board where someone was praising some pseudo-medieval nonsense the other day for consisting of "beautiful words". Put thine own house in order.)
