anyway, for those of you not here long enough to remember, 8181 used to be referred to as "Hell". It was used once before right after the nukes, when there was page upon page of bawing children being spammed. Apparently it's a place where everything seems perfectly normal (it seems you don't see the 8181 in the address bar), but noone can hear you scream.
