All mystical ranting aside, Cracky is neither goetic daemon nor an enochian "angel" you can dial up on the board.

I suppose one could make the argument that "Cracky" has had enough gnosis/intent dumped into her as an idea that there may well be something out there that would answer to her name and manifest in her image... maybe... but I doubt it. I doubt even more that anyone here is well versed enough in evokation (regardless of tradition or paradigm) to identify and summon what would be a first-in-history contact. It would require a novel, completely unique ritual without tablet or sigil.

Dialing up an enochian spirit with a tablet is kind of like dialing someone up with the phone book. It can be very confusing the first few times you do it with a particular entity. This theoretical "Cracky" spirit doesn't even have a number yet, much less a listing. Try calling a random New York phone number and try to contact this guy named Bill I met once at an airport. He might or might not still live in Manhattan. I think he has brown hair. That is the difficulty level you're talking about.

You'd actually be better off trying to create a "Cracky" spirit from scratch. We have quite a lot of known parameters to work with and her art to give it life. If you had the time and the skill you could certaintly do that... but even then it would just be like Cracky. A cracky. Never THE Cracky. Life liek texture.

With my psychotic episodes I can see lines of energy interact. The effect is more pronounced if I drop acid.
So I am going to stop taking my meds for a while and see if I can ramp up the hallucinations.

I think someone already did something like this, I saw something about someone having summoned her as a succubus but it backfired on him. I'm trying to remember exactly where on CH I've seen it.

I'm not even sure how many people I'm speaking to here. Just so I know what flavours we are working with, could we each chime in with what our backgrounds are roughly? I know it's hard to quantify for most magickians and even harder to express without leaving a resume so specific it may as well be a fingerprint... but some of the stuff I'm reading is pretty alien in a "I don't think I could make it work like that" way, and I don't want to assume everyone is either a Peter Carroll adherent or trolling. (No, I'm not equating those two.)

I have a Caliphate-Crowley background with all the grab-bag and grab-assishness that entails, plus a bit of Astaru and Crowley-by-way-of-Gardner-by-way-of-third party.

I've seen suspension done and understand one or two theories of how it can be applied magickally, but am not the one who mentioned it earlier in the thread.

What I understand of succubi suggests that summoning one and calling it Cracky might be fun in a self-destructive and self-delusional sense, but not particularly helpful for anything but getting your rocks off and getting the carnal urge out of your system... Of course that assumes that an unsatiated carnal urge is destructive to rather than productive for your working. I do not in the vast majority of cases... But that is a byproduct of my background more than objective reality.

I would ask whoever was suggesting suicidal invokation, assuming they aren't simply trolling, something I hesitate to do under anything but the most critical of circumstances... And usually only then if I'm in a highly personal relationship with them: Could you frame your intent for me? The best way I can explain that is, in words, explain what you hinted to accomplish and how it forwards your own ambition. Even if it somehow got a result other than your own death and an extremely awkward cleanup for the authorities (not to mention whoever found you), what would the desired result be and how would you profit?

I'm curious about what sigils were being discussed as well. We know her full name, many details about her that are magickally significant, and of course have seen quite a bit of her art... So generating one isn't difficult. It sounded like someone had something pre-existing and less artificial though.

My understanding comes from drastically changing your perception of the world and being able to adjust the little strings that connect everything. I have had better luck with mushrooms than peyote, as you can retain a anchor in the real world and be conscious enough to make the adjustments.

The Suspension, blood, and tattoos all serve to invoke, ensnare, and control whatever takes tthe bait.
