But I was sort of enjoying the discussion. There are some interesting ethical dilemmas involved, and I quite like Dolly - despite ENORMOUS reservations - and enjoy thinking and writing and talking about her.

But when the "yap-yap-yap"ing of her "my mistress can do no wrong" lapdogs begins to drown out all thought and reason and serious moral engagement with the problem, then yes, it's time to withdraw.

Always a problem with these girls - this yelping din of the little male lapdogs that they WILL gather around them.
