Yes, it does look like her. Especially the left eye and part of the nose.

But over the years we've seen some pretty neat doppelganger, some matching her even closer. That combined with the fact that it would make absolutely no sense for her to turn up -- out of the blue -- like that on 4chan, really needs some more convincing analysis for me to even consider this as actually her.
