When she talks about stuff you don't care about, respond in minimised answers and "mm"s and grunts, but when she talks about something interesting, respond properly. Have a scale of "shut the fuck up" (= "huh. yeah. mm.") to "holy god that's amazing" where you actually engage her.
It'll soon sink in that there's no point talking at you about false nails.
