Epic salad time!!!
I’m sick of waking up exhausted after an entire night’s sleep. I figured that my body needs more nutrients- I don’t like to eat too many carbs, so protein is the answer! I’d been planning on treating myself to a tuna and egg salad for a while.
I went to the market after college and bought some fruit and veg. The man running the stall was super sweet, and kept offering me free samples :-)
After a nap, I constructed THIS beauty:
- A drizzle of low fat mayo
A bit of a binge, but a very healthy one. I’d guesstimate the entire thing at 300 or so calories. Hopefully it’ll kick my body back into action, and I’ll have the energy to kick ass on the treadmill once more. And I won’t be tempted to binge on bad things :-)
I only managed to eat about half of it, so I’ll have the other half for lunch tomorrow :-)
ALSO: I lost another 2lbs. Yesssss.
