Well the way that I lost it probably isn’t advisable and/ or healthy. I cut my calorie intake by a lot, worked out waaay more and cut out a lot of foods (such as refined carbs and alcohol.) I had the odd binge though :-( I used to HATE working out too, but I joined the gym in January (New Years Resolutions ftw) and I’ve really started to enjoy it. I like the rush of endorphins you get from running, and I love feeling like I’m getting stronger and pushing myself. Start off slow. When I first started exercising, I could barely last 5 minutes. It can be fun, I promise xx
