Is there a reason why cracky pictures have people like us so fixated? I've shown them to some acquaintances and friends, including non chan lurkers, and none of them seemed too interested, the typical reaction being
"oh, she's pretty."
"oh, that's cool..." etc

It's like none of them were truly able to feel the cute and sweet. But when I stare at her pictures I spend a long time analyzing every little detail and the entire time I feel like I'm being filled with something indescribable, like I'm being taken into the pictures- I'd like to call it some sort of love, but I'm not sure. It's more than that. I'm sure you've experienced it as well. I can never find a true flaw, not even professional photography gives off the same aura as Olivia's pictures. It's like she knew exactly what to do to specifically make people like myself become obsessed. Why are we the only ones who see it?

It's called aspergers syndrome..

You're colloquially known as an 'ass pie'.

It's the same reason most people need someone to tell them what's art and what's not.
That's not to slight these other people; it's not always easy to understand why something that's very beautiful just isn't very artistic, and vice versa.

I'm just thankful that digital photography -- being infinitely reproducable -- was her medium of choice, so I can enjoy these strange beautiful creations without impending bankrupcy.

Is this copypasta? I remember reading something along the lines of this.

I can't really describe her aura or what details define it. But I always loved she was in a private and intimate mood when she took the pics. She captures everything people hide as if they were flaws. Though these flaws are human and beautiful.

>Is this copypasta?

Not that I know of, but it's not hard to imagine someone having posted something along this line before on here.

heh, even if it did all come down to something so simple as us just being a bunch of aspies, I'd be perfectly okay with it if that meant being able to see the beauty of cracky.

Veri: no

this, for the most part

but to expand, I see in her work what I would be content to see in mine

For some reason, having a developed aesthetic sense isn't that common.

Why is most music on the radio so crappy? Because most people do not have the 'ear', they lack the aesthetic sense to know the difference, they even lack the ability to know when a song sounds like utter shit and depend on what others say about this song in order to evaluate it. I know tons of people who can't tell which note is sharper when they hear two close notes.

Many people wouldn't recognize the divine even if it slapped their faces.

>Many people wouldn't recognize the divine even if it slapped their faces.

I do agree that we claim She's divine but it's a subjective matter. As a group with the same view on Her, it's treated as a fact though concepts like 'aesthetic' and 'divine' don't exist outside the human mind. That's why it's all about the dedication, passion and madness we put into it (not the divine itself or the ability to recognize it). We ourself set what divine is, so a Justin Bieber fan could as well claim he's divine and we're unable to see it. If we would try to compare their real objective qualities they'd both loose the supernatural status. Maybe that's why the Goddess-Her exists parallel to the real human Her.

Then, what would be the difference between Cracky and Justin Bieber divinization? Where would this inner layer come from, beyond the obsessive devotion of the devotees?

all i want to do is
see you again
is that too much to ask for?
i just want to see your sweet smile
smile the way it was before

well i'd try not to hold you
and i'd never get to kiss you
and i couldn't even touch you

all i want to do is
see you
don't you know that it's true

i remember the pics where you walked through the woods
and stood near a wall for a while
i treasure the way you used to laugh and play
and i looked at your eyes

you can keep me at a distance
if you don't trust my resistance
but i swear i wouldn't touch you

all i want to do is see you...

well i know five years is a long time,
and that times change
but i think that we would find
cracky is basically the same

if the water's still flowing, we can go for a swim
and do the things we used to do
and if i'm reluctant you can pull me in
and we can relive our youth

oh but we'll stay friendly like lia and alex
though i think i still love you
all i want to do is see you
don't you know that it's true?

I only learned of Cracky's full story and picture today. Frankly, I love them all and am heartbroken that she's disappeared.

Cool. I wish I could see all her pictures again for the first time.

Enjoy your stay and happy hunting!

None, really. Cracktards won't like it but we're all no better than the aspies that worship their waifus and teenage fangirls that obsess over certain boys.

'Oh, but mine's artistic and special'. Yeah, right.

I like Cracky too but let's stop eating our own shit.
