Belief is a tool, not an end. You need not have fixed beliefs, either for or against her as a Goddess.
Cracky as an avatar or The Sky Queen as a Goddess is as fictional as any other Goddess. Is Artemis more 'true' just because more people were honestly devoted to her?. No. Both are false and true in the same ways.
Now, what does actually happen in your reality when you do things such like worshipping the fiction of Cracky as if it was real? That is the sort of thing that makes shit become more interesting, when you do it right.
