Hello.
Recently someone here linked to a folder on the Internet where there were several quite common Cracky pics and among these two that I hadn't seen before. They were close up pictures of Cracky's tongue licking blood.
I can no longer find the storage site. Could someone link to it again or post the pictures?

The one I'm thinking of looks like this. I have explained what the different parts are with text and arrows.You couldn't see her entire face only her lips and tongue. Also the pic was in quite high definition.

It might very well have been Russian I'm not 100% certain but now when you mention it it sounds familiar. Of course I saved it but I tried to quit Cracky quite recently and deleted everything (again). But of course I had a relapse (again!) and I'm currently on cracky again.

Nicely done that's exactly the photo OP described. I don't think it's Cracky either- the jaw is too big. Cracky has a petite jaw. Although the girl in the photo has a Neanderthalish jaw like Loli, it's clearly not Loli either.
