From her hair and facial development we know she was 16-18. At that time she lived in Oxford. The dark, thin eyebrows happened later so she was 17 or 18. The license plate is a "cherished" version found in Gurnsey and in the UK.

The slope of the roof means it snows there sometimes, but that and the architecture are consistent with pretty much anywhere in the UK.

The pavement is clean and of high quality. The car is an older model. Her hair isn't blowing, so the car was probably stopped or slowed in traffic. Obviously we know it wasn't her home. We should start looking at some of her relatives' houses.

Oh and since even the most mundane Gurnsey pictures were leaked we know it wasn't there.

The house does not look like a typical Oxford terraced house.

The car is parking, you wouldn't drive in the direction of a wall. Also the other car parks right behind the one she's sitting in, facing the other direction. So it's not a real traffic situation. Look at the reflection on the car, to her left seems to be a frequented street.

I think it was old in that picture because she is fairly wealthy, and the non-electric mirror was only common in older cars. (that were expensive when purchased) The car can be old, cheap, or both but I think cheap is unlikely.
