Regardless she has always had those lines dude, I'm 20 and have lines like that when I purse my lips a certain way. Look in a mirror and play around with your expressions, you will see extra lines sometimes... It's not necessarily an age thing, although her lines could be more pronounced with age. I think she looks older because bad lighting in general.
