She's already kind of a footnote, and will probably stay that way for the foreseeable future. It wouldn't surprise me if there was one day a massive renaissance of the "Cracky religion", but it would probably be fueled by - in our dated 2015 terms - hipsterism. Or some cult leader who wants to use Cracky as a vessel.
I'd say it's impossible that she dies completely. 4chan has secured a spot in history and Cracky was the original 4chan obsession girl/queen/whatever she's going to be called. So unless like 90 % of humanity is wiped out, she's safe.
