Hey /b/, my friend and I were discussing this picture. One of us thinks that because there's no empirical way to prove that the woman is dead, we cannot work off of that assumption when viewing it. The other argues that the character portrayed in the photograph, whether a model or victim, is depicted as dead, and as such IS dead.

What do you think?
