Most of those pictures aren't even of weaves and that is a shitty spam website. Also the article you linked to has literally nothing to do with weaves other than the fact that it says "weave" a few times.

Weaves ARE generally associated with black people because of the type of hair they have is way less manageable. Just google image search "weaves".

The hairstyle Cracky has in that picture is known as "micro braids" and is almost 100% of the time a black person thing. It also causes hair loss.
