Epic salad time!!! I’m sick of waking up exhausted after an entire night’s sleep. I figured that my body needs more nutrients-I don’t like to eat too many carbs, so protein is the answer! I’d been planning on treating myself to a tuna and egg salad for a while. I went to the market after college and bought some fruit and veg. The man running the tall was super sweet, and kept offering me free samples :-) After a nap, I constructed THIS beauty:

·  Lettuce
· 1/3 Cucumber
· 1/2 Can sweetcorn
· 3 Tomatoes
 · 11/4 Onion
· Tablespoon of Walnuts
· 1 can tuna
· 1 boiled egg
· A drizzle of low fat mayo
· A dollop of ketchup

A bit of a binge, but a very healthy one. I’d guesstimate the entire thing at 300 or so calories. Hopefully it’ll kick my body back into action, and I’ll have the energy to kick ass on the treadmill once more. And I won’t be tempted to binge on bad things :-) I only managed to eat about half of it, so I’ll have the other half for lunch tomorrow :-) ALSO: I lost another 2lbs. Yesssss. Thank you!! I can’t wait to take another picture in 10lbs time. Hopefully there will be a noticeable difference by then, and I’ll be able to see it. People loose 10lbs all the time, but 20lbs is nothing to be scoffed at! I noticed that you’ve lost 54lbs, that’s a ridiculously large amount, and something you should be super proud of xx

Well the way that I lost it probably isn’t advisable and/ or healthy. I cut my calorie intake by a lot, worked out waaay more and cut out a lot of foods (such as refined carbs and alcohol.) I had the odd binge though :-( I used to HATE working out too, but I joined the gym in January (New Years Resolutions ftw) and I’ve really started to enjoy it. I like the rush of endorphins you get from running, and I love feeling like I’m getting stronger and pushing myself. Start off slow. When I first started exercising, I could barely last 5 minutes. It can be fun, I promise xx

A nice jog ruined…

By my goddamn asthma! I forgot my inhaler, and after about 1km of running, I was wheezing like crazy. I had to practically crawl home (it was very dignified). Gonna try this again in 10 minutes once I can breathe again!

Truth be told, it was never actually going to be a “nice jog”. It’s -1 Celsius and raining. Still, it must be done… I’m really embarassed to say that I binged again last night… only this time it was on cake. I always get like this around my period… To make up for it, I’ve skipped lunch, had a super healthy breakfast (two weatabix and a banana), and I’m gonna work my ass off today.

I need more self- control :-(
