First find a young girl (the age of ten should be ideal) suffering from acute borderline personality disorder. She must have the same approximate appearance as Olivia when she was ten. She must have relatives that looked a lot like Olivia at the age of 14. She must be entirely abandoned or literally for sale. She must be almost free of other disorders that alter brain chemistry. This will give you a framework on which to build.
Create a description of the Cracky personality. Define a set of actions and responses that must be matched before a person if sufficiently Cracky-like.
Move the girl to an environment entirely isolated from the outside world. Combine sensory deprivation, LSD, and intense Pavlovian training as follows:
Words and actions that match the perfect Cracky ideal are rewarded with the girl's favorite things. Words and actions that don't match are ignored. The girl is called Olivia and treated at all times as if she were Olivia. The LSD/sensory deprivation sessions should never be treated as punishment: she should think it's just the natural thing to happen. They should happen at times she is most likely thinking about the way she aught to act. Incidentally she should be made used to cameras being everywhere around her, and she should come to accept them as just another facet of life. Only pictures she consciously takes should be treated as special.
Over the next four years her appearance should be gradually surgically altered, always without her knowing. She should be gassed in her sleep and then put under general anesthesia each time. The goal must be to make her look like Cracky as she ages. Her comments or questions about her new appearance should be met with floods of praise about how much prettier she looks. She should soon realize there is an ideal appearance. She should, of her own accord, work hard to learn what that appearance is and finally "break into" a computer or filing cabinet with pictures of Cracky and no other information.
As time passes her appearance will become more Cracky-like, and the change will always be welcome. The same for her personality.
By the age of 14 her motivations, appearance, and actions will closely model Cracky. Start recording every action in high def and enjoy.
