I dreamed of Olivia for the first time in years. I was at some kind of crackyfag-convention. The main part of the dream was about getting somewhere with the tube and not being able to figure out connections properly.
She appeared randomly on the scene.

Olivia had grown into a respectable women with a sincere, but friendly demeanor. She still had short blonde hair. She answered stalkerish questions calmly as if the was talking about distant events.

I never dreamed I was a girl until last night. I had a very vivid (non-Cracky) dream that I was a girl, and I was dying after a car accident. That was the whole dream.

I was a girl sitting in a car with a punctured lung and a friend beside me. I knew I was dying. She knew I was dying. She was crying. I was not. We talked about philosophy for about a minute, I told her I had lived, that everyone who lives dies. That's all the time we had. I said "I love you", she answered the same. Then I kind of forgot to breathe for a moment. I felt the need for air and consciously worked my lungs, just one breath. Then there was a moment of pain radiating out to my chest and back. (also the first time I've felt pain in a dream) and the scene snapped away.
