You have made a wise investment my friend. Might I recommend getting Folklore, Warhawk and Eye of Judgment. If you got Eye of judgment we could play online. If you didnt get Ninja Gaiden for the Xbawks get NG:Sigma for the PSTriple. Better Graphics better controls. The lack of rumble does disturbe me, but the additional content more then makes up for it. Folklore is fairly simplistic game play without much innovation, but it's charm lies in the compulsive need to collect and power ever fable. Still waiting on Home. Oblivion is amazing the only downside is having played morrowwind on PC I was spoiled with mods. Resistence is an acceptable shooter.

I'll have to wait a few days before I can bring it into the spare room so I can hook it up to my monitor and router. My wireless connection is less than awesome, so I can't really do much until then. For now, single player only and a 20" SDTV with a mono speaker and dodgy SCART socket. WOE IS ME.

I need a network cable but I can't remember what type, a component cable, a component to VGA converter and a bunch of shit to share my speakers between the PC and PSTriple. Oh, and extra desk space.

I probably won't get another game until MGS4 in June. Also DualShock 3 controllers are available if you're that disturbed by the lack of rumble. I'll probably get one with MGS4.

I'll do something with your gamer tag thing when I can get it to like the internet.

No point. Any HDTV I get would have to be limited to 720p anyway due to size limitations. I may as well just stick with my monitor which will get me 720p. My parents have one in the living room though I think. I'll try hooking it up to that some time.

Yeah just use the monitor. You will lose out a lot on text for some game. Upgrade to a nice 52 inch minimum 1080 first chance you get.
