The premise is that males are a valuable resource, no? For the most part they should be shelter or even imprisoned by the female human. Not only because they are a resource to be horded, but because each one that is taken by the monsters strengthens the monsters by providing more children. Male adventurers would be viewed as almost criminal by some women, because they place them selves in a position to aid the enemy simply by being away from safety. This may be different the closer you are to the center of human territories, but on the outskirts of human land where the more aggressive monsters are this would be viewed as stupid or even a sin by the likes of the Order of Eos.
