Having trouble getting started here.... my pulse has never been this freakishly high before, so I'm worried about keeling over dead from anything beyond a slow stroll, plus I've not really got the motivation/willpower mindset right... but better a slow start than none at all.

WEEK 0: 308.0 lb, 48.5% fat, 91 Pulse, Circumf 54.0", Trail in 68 minutes
WEEK 1: 303.6 lb, 47.5% fat, 86 Pulse, Circumf 53.5", Trail in 62 minutes
GOAL: 150 pounds, 10% body fat
SO FAR: -4.4 pounds, -1% body fat
TO GO: -153.6 pounds, -37.5% body fat

I've also tried to set a more specific timetable here with several "checkpoints"... if I reach a checkpoint early I'll ease off a bit on the weight & focus on other fitness factors until it's time to start on the next checkpoint.
