Oh, so if the courts feel a law is unconstitutional, they call up the same people who passed the law in the first place and ask them politely to reconsider it?

So basically the courts have no power with regards to unconstitutional laws... if one is passed, they can do nothing but bitch about it to the same people who passed it in the first place.
