The lessons start to teach you in a way such as a small child would learn with the objects surrounding him by speaking the word then you choose the corresponding image.
Cat, Dog, Man, Woman, Girl, Boy.
Then a series of images where you must identify what the phrase is
"She Jumps, He jumps, They Jump"
It goes on with numbers and colours.
If you really want to learn to speak languages that are not latin in nature, you should really memorize their vowels/characters. Your pronunciation will be more correct, you'll gain a deeper understanding of word structure.
If you're very determined to learn three languages at a time, focus on languages that are similar to each other (italian, spanish, french for example).
I'm not sure in which way you obtained the program, but it originally came with lessons books that may help the experience, I'm sure you could find pdf versions of them somewhere.
Another site to check out is www.about.com. They have several awesome language sub-sites (http://japanese.about.com for example) with everyday common phrases, do's and don't, blogs as well idioms you won't learn from this program.
