Moe's a convenient term, but I try to keep it for use when referring to something that makes me want to step into the situation right away in a certain role, and simultaneously feel guilty and stupid for wanting to do so.

Most loli I consider just 'cute' (when it doesn't actually disgust me slightly), there's a very little of it that really makes me feel 'moe'.
