yeah first time i saw it on some other site i spent 5 min playing with it, and now everythime i see it again i can easily control the direction, or make it look like she is only looking away from you and changing direction every time she gets to 9 or 3 o'clock.

I played with this for like 3 hours one time. I never figured out how to control it; it pretty much does its own thing (about 75% clockwise and 25% counter-clockwise), though last time if I reloaded it with F5 at certain points, I could make it switch... I couldn't do it just with my mind, and today not even F5 is exerting any control over it; it seems to have a mind of its own today.

I also loved playing with the original and the reverse-sequence version side by side -- what's really trippy is when you can get them both going the same direction at the same time.

If you focus on the shadow, and get used to flipping that, it's slightly easier. But only slightly. It's an amazing illusion, BRB, codeine.
