I just want to get close to a girl, wish. I want to feel a vagina. I wonder - is it silky? Moist? Jaggy? I don't really care. I just need a vagina. Someone with a vagina. Someone who would let me rub it, rub my fingers down it slowly. Not for any particular reason; just to get a feel for it, to take it in. I need this, wish. Why can't I have it?

>> No.2

The physical act quickly becomes boring unless it means something.. and that is fast becoming the exception rather than the rule. So yeah.. wait until you find someone with whom it does or you'll find it depressing.

Srsly.

... or become a summer camp assistant. Bring malibu and a 2ltr bottle of cola, get a tender vagina for every finger.

Why do you imagine that you cannot attain a girlfriend? I'm assuming you are male, so that is a big plus for most girls. In fact for many that is the only criteria.

Would you say that you prefered to protect your future girlfriend, or would you prefer it if she doted on you? Obviously this isn't an all or nothing question, but in general, where would you place yourself on a line between the two?

I don't doubt that. I'm not really that obsessed with vags though. Just ronery.

>Why do you imagine that you cannot attain a girlfriend?

I probably could if I had motivation. I don't know. Low self-esteem.

>Would you say that you prefered to protect your future girlfriend, or would you prefer it if she doted on you?

Ideally some combination of the two, but if I had to choose, the first one. Not that I'd be up to that.

Don't be so sure anonymous, the sort of girl who is looking for a protector-figure wants a feeling of security and emotional well-being when she cuddles you, to hear you praise her about little details in her actions and appearances, and... very little else indeed.

>>6
This is actually good advice if you are trawlling for the really needy ones who will pretty much fuck a dog to get the above as a reward. In general though, if you dislike sobbing, shrieking 2.00am fights followed by arson, you might want to start with the relatively more sane girls in your area.

Or - and I think this would really help you get over this low-self esteem where it comes to women - save up and treat yourself to a whole week's worth of decent call-girls. By the Wednesday you'll be fucking with confidence, and the negativity and lingering doubts will have completely disappeared by the weekend, and you can drop this particular worry forever.

Better pic for thread.

The other thing you might want to consider when trying to attract a girlfriend is that girls are actually a lot of hassle, even ones you love and adore and who love and adore you.

Relationships acan be a bugger to sustain past the first eighteen months or so, you have to really want to stay together. Are you about to replace a sensation of ronriness with an even deeper pit (limited social options, limited activity options) that might actually better be alleviated by getting a cat or a dog and signing up for night-classes in subjects that interest you?

Good question, aspirational, yet perhaps too aspirational, not because of the nature of men and women, but because of the nature of intimate human relationships.

There are many bases for heterosexual intimate relationships, but most of the dominant ones stem from each partner fulfilling the securities of the other. More often than not, these securities are defined very early on in our lives, in childhood.

There are also very powerful biological factors at play behind the scenes that change the nature of a relationship.

And, of course, initmate realtionships run in stages, each very different from each other (attraction, co-operation, consumation, co-support and so on) the emphasis of each stage not necessarily being equally placed by both partners, and certainly requiring something different to sustain the relationship at each stage.

Essentially, a relationship between two people, neither of whom actually rely on the other for anything much, nor seek anything from the other is closer to platonic friendship than anything that is going to sustain a long-term love affair of the sort that gets your fingers caressing her vagina in an intimate and meaningful manner.

TL;DR? if you don't need her for anything, and she doesn't need you for anything, where, exactly, is the intimate relationship?

OR... if someone comes along who either of you do feel that you need, someone who supplies a desired security, what is going to deter that partner from entering into a new, more rewarding relationship with this new person?

I'm not suggesting for a moment that well-balanced, intimate relationships cannot be sustained between partners who are essentially independent of each other, just trying to point out that even in that relationship there are going to be areas of security fulfilled by both partners whether they specifically identify them or not, and a good way to anticipate a new relationship is to understand what you want from it security-wise, and then be looking for a specific girl who can provide it as you will be fulfilling her secuirty desires by doing so.

For example: if you are a protector-sort, feeling most comfortable caring for someone when they are in need, then trying to enter into a relationship with a girl who simply does not need you to hug her better once in a while is going to be unfulfilling for you, no matter how good she is at making money or giving head. Better to be looking for the girl who expresses a stronger desire to be reassured, because the both of you will develop a more powerful sense of initmacy in your relationship.

But I don't want to be a protector... nor do I want to have another mom (though I love my mom dearly I can barely stand her incessant doting).

I don't alot of insecurities that I can't shrug off. Personally I find those mutually parasitic relationships like you describe as disgusting. Now I don't mind impermanence, all things must come to an end. But I wouldn't mind something more than a one night stand.

Well, yeah, there are many, many securites partners supply to each other, not just the rather extreme example stated. I mentioned it here as it is an easy one to identify and self-classify.

Any examples of these, or is it just the standard "need for affection" blahblah kind of thing? Interesting.

>Relationships acan be a bugger to sustain past the first eighteen months

In my [current] experience, even several months can be tough. You know, when all the rosey-eyed shite disappears and you start contemplating things realistically. It's no fun.

>a good way to anticipate a new relationship is to understand what you want from it security-wise, and then be looking for a specific girl who can provide it as you will be fulfilling her secuirty desires by doing so.

In an ideal world there'd be opportunity to analyse and think about things like that, but I think it's rare that anything can come into fruition from it, realistically. Even worse is if you let a girl know that you thought about things like that - anything involving the word "thought" for girls seems to automatically translate to "I DON'T LIKE YOU ANYMORE :)".

also unrelatedish but the rise in amicable tripfags is quite warming. Or at least it allows there to be open discussions like this involving more than just Rabbit, which is a good thing [that's nothing against him].

>Any examples of these, or is it just the standard "need for affection" blahblah kind of thing? Interesting.

That so many women in particular exhibit an often overwhelming desire for affirmation has indeed cheapened this very real human desire.

Securities come in many forms, but they are sometimes hard to identify at root, which can lead to more woe. For example, the desire for financial security may in fact be an expression of the desire for libertion from external demands, not just plain avarice, and if you enter a realtionship where money is important in it's own right to your partner when you really just wanted more free time, you'll soon find misery.

My friend drew up a list of all the securities she could think of a few months ago. If she still has it, I'll post it.

>In my [current] experience, even several months can be tough. You know, when all the rosey-eyed shite disappears and you start contemplating things realistically. It's no fun.

That is in part an example of a relationship changing despite perhaps the desires of the people actually in it. It is a very odd sensation, isn't it? Nothing has changed in real terms but suddenly everything has. It kind of illustrates what I was trying to say about the nature of relationship stages.

There is also a biological trap awaiting people in a long-term relationship at about the 18 month mark. Namely, if you haven't procreated in a sexual relationship by then, your bodies start to alter their pheremone chemistry, and you actively begin to repel each other for a period of about six to twelve months! So those other things you do together had better be rewarding, or you should both take a long sabbatical somewhere with friends and stay outof each other's way for a while.

>In an ideal world there'd be opportunity to analyse and think about things like that, but I think it's rare that anything can come into fruition from it, realistically.

I think it depends on how you go about finding a girl, and how willing you are to turn down girls who do not fit the one you are looking for. Turning down the chance to fuck someone repeatedly is ridiculously hard, especially when the girl is coming onto you.

>Even worse is if you let a girl know that you thought about things like that - anything involving the word "thought" for girls seems to automatically translate to "I DON'T LIKE YOU ANYMORE :)".

Again, it'll come down to how you go about finding them. There are plenty of girls confident in themselves to not take criticism of the realtionship as a personal attack, and indeed see it for what it is, a move towards something better. Also, communicating this as a preface can work wonders.

I think the main thing to remember is that girls are no better than us at this sort of thing, worse in many ways because of the ease at which they can attract a partner at such an early age when really they are clueless as to what they want or who they are.

I'm still very ageist these days, worse than before I think. It's like fag. I love how naturally that word can be typed. Left hand. Two fingers working in harmony. Index - F. Ring - A. Index - G. fagfagfagfagfagfagfagfagfag. It's easy to get muddled up if you try it like that, but if you're just typing it on its own it's great.

I "play" this keyboard the same way I do a piano. Quick typing is more than just a sign of too much internet time. It's a skilled process, I think, if you do it correctly. Shift is like the sustain pedal. The keys go up in octaves. A word like, indeed, "fag", is like a trill. Ctrl alt dlt is a chord.
