What UK law is dedicated to stamping out is realistic pornography that depicts children being penetrated because it is used to naturalise sexual contact with a potential victim, i.e. the law is focused on convicting people who are coercing unwilling children into almost-certainly harmful situations, not people looking at pictures of tweenagers earning money wearing string thongs, or artistic depictions of the human form.
