Congrats, welcome to the "I have no fucking clue as to what anything is" club. If you can't make up your mind what's here, why it's here, etc, then you have no clue if ultimately what you are doing is good/bad, real/not real, etc. If you question the basis of reality, you should be in a mental ward.
