It's obviously her or an extremely good lookalike. Don't forget she's in her late 20's now, she's not going to
look like her 15 year old self. The eyebrows are drawn on weirdly, but they "land" in the same spots if that make sense.
The weirdest bit is the mouth but she's making a strange facial expression, regardless it's still her mouth shape but she might have
a few extra wrinkles from age.

Do you know that lines and wrinkles/dimples appear when you hold your mouth a certain way? Honestly? The mouth shape is actually extremely
similar if you look at certain cracky pictures where she's pursing her lips in a similar way, like here >>4185 Even in the childhood picture the mouth shape is the same. I will give you
that one eye looks kind of funky, but that could be due to any number of reasons. Her eyes do look a bit odd in several pictures.

The light around the upper-face looks a bit too bright for the rest of the picture.

I assumed it was Cracky eyes from two separate pictures shopped onto a Cracky lookalike.

What do you keep going on about the lighting for. I don't see anything strange about the lighting at all. I'm not saying it's definitely her but I
feel like you're trying to find reasons that aren't there.
